The Midwest Program of the Land Trust Alliance and the
Indiana Land Protection Alliance (ILPA)
cordially invite you to the
Northern Indiana Land Trust Summit II
Please join your land trust colleagues on Saturday, November 14, 2009 from 9:30-4:00 at the Merry Lea Environmental Learning Center of Goshen College in Wolf Lake, Indiana. The meeting will take place in Merry Lea's Farmstead Barn.
This summit is part of the Indiana Land Trust Advancement Program, which is generously funded through a grant from the Nina Mason Pulliam Charitable Trust. We took the suggestions that you gave us during the first summit in February 2009 and have tailored this meeting to focus on the topics that you expressed the most interest in.
In the morning, we are offering two concurrent training seminars on Major Gifts Development and Volunteer Program Development. The afternoon will also feature two concurrent training seminars, Major Gifts Development - Part 2, and Invasive Species Management. Please note: the two Major Gifts Development seminars will cover different topics, but it is not necessary to attend both if you wish to take advantage of one of the other seminars.
Registration Closes This Friday, November 6<http://www.lta.org/nilt>

Registration is $25 per person and includes continental breakfast, lunch, and a reception. A limited number of travel stipends are available. Space is limited, so register today! Final registration date is Friday, November 6, 2009.
About the Indiana Land Protection Alliance (ILPA):

ILPA members meet quarterly and strive to improve the effectiveness of local land protection efforts.
