Thanks for sending this out. I looked very briefly at the spreadsheet, and
all is well with the info you've got for Rob and me. I DID notice that the
info for many of the other appraisers is somewhat inaccurate or incomplete.
It's Jim Casson not his twin brother Justin that's at Albert (Justin works
for Cushman and Wakefield in Manhattan.) etc. Someone ought to go to
http://www.appraisalinstitute.org/ for up-to-date bio for the various folks
on this list. Several have MAI designation that aren't so noted. Best,

In response to David Diaz's e-mail of December 23, 2008, I have attached the
Delaware Highlands Conservancy's list of Professionals - appraisers,
attorneys, surveyors, etc. Please keep in mind that this list is not
recommendations, but merely to be used as a resource for those of us in the
land trust community as those listed have experience working with land trust

info at delawarehighlands.org by February 27th and I will compile the new list
for distribution as soon as possible.
