Hi all, 
 
I hope it's okay to use this listserve to send out a question to
participating land trusts: 
 
I'm trying to document some case studies of 'successful' conservation
subdivisions that have actually been built, preferably in New York State
(though anything farther afield is also of interest, provided the parameters
resemble a New York State development, i.e., not 10,000 acres of ranch
land). 
 
Can anyone point to an example of a residential development with a high
quality conservation area, the whole of which is designed to a very high
conservation standard? All thoughts welcome.
