</P>
<P><FONT SIZE=2 FACE="Arial">It's been a while since we had to cancel our last meeting. We had things moving in such positive directions I'm hoping we can get things moving again. I put out some feelers a few months ago about a potential topic for our next meeting. The topic was easement language, specifically language pertaining to some of the more difficult issues such as: wind energy installations, solar energy installations, and forest management. I also put out some feelers to those that might be able to present information to the group on these types of topics. They include NYS Dept of Ag and Markets, a Hudson Valley based solar energy company, and the Hudson Valley Chapter of the Society of American Foresters. I got positive responses from all. The focus would likely be site selection and best management practices. This could definitely help inform easement language.</FONT></P>
<P><FONT SIZE=2 FACE="Arial">Questions for the group:</FONT>
<BR><FONT SIZE=2 FACE="Arial">Is this something that the group would still be interested in? </FONT>
<BR><FONT SIZE=2 FACE="Arial">Are there other issues that we might want to secure speakers for? </FONT>
