Hello Lake Superior Partnership Partners:

We have arranged to have a conference call to answer your questions regarding hard-rock minerals and land conservation. We had a webinar in March 2008 that addressed Mineral Rights and Land Conservation in general, with an emphasis on oil and gas minerals. Many of you requested additional information on hard rock minerals and land conservation.

I am thrilled that Allan Beezley, an attorney from Colorado, has agreed to lead a conference call next Thursday, April 16, 2009 from 1:00-2:30 Eastern Time (12-1:30 Central time). Please call in to 888-338-1010, passcode 90125.

 * Can you please submit your questions in advance? Email me directly, and submit your questions by Friday, April 10, if possible.
    * There will be time on the call for questions and answers, but to ensure your question is addressed, please submit it to me in advance.
 * Can you please email me to confirm your attendance on this call?
 * Is there anyone else that you think would benefit from being on this call? If so, please feel free to forward this information to that person (but please don't post to a list serve, we want to hold the conversation to a reasonable number of people).

We would like to suggest ordering the Colorado Coalition of Land Trusts' new book titled, Mineral Development and Land Conservation. You can order the book at: http://www.cclt.org/mineralhandbookpurchase.html It is available as a download for $10, or in book form for $15 plus shipping.

Thanks for your patience!
I have attached Allan's bio at the end of the email.
